Shipping Policy
We ship soaps as fast as we can. That means we get your order, a family member grabs a bar off the shelf, packages it, takes it to the post office, and sends it out. We aim to get it out within 2 business days, but holidays, travel, and farmstead chores can all get in the way, so please allow us up to 3 days to ship in most instances. Shirts and some other goods are shipped via third party providers, and their shipping terms prevail in those cases. Print to order shirts can take 7-10 business days (because it actually has to be manufactured, then shipped, as the name suggests), so please be patient and plan ahead if ordering for holidays or special occasions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to please. Reach out to us if you have an issue and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
That said, we don't accept used bars of soap as returns, for obvious reasons. But again, reach out and usually we can figure something out.
For other returns, there's a 10-day policy. You ship it back, we'll refund you if you aren't satisfied.
No refunds on food or pet products.
